Rebuilding an abandoned house, Baulon

Takeover and reconstruction of an abandoned house set on a large plot, made of three volumes with different roofs and heights. Thick stone walls house two volumes with timber floors.

Planned works: a concrete lintel on the south façade for new openings, plus a few additional openings on the east and south façades.
