Baude Chardonnet Manor — a festive venue

Restoration of the Baude Chardonnet manor into a public venue (ERP), a place for celebration. Final-year project: the concept of “dynamism” drives everything — movable walls, multifunctional spaces, play with sunlight, planting and ecological materials (parquet, linoleum, wood-wool acoustic panels).

The project is developed from preliminary design (APD) to tender documents (DCE), with plans, sections, renders, bespoke joinery details and a physical model, in line with fire-safety and accessibility regulations.
